It is our pleasure to inform all the fresh students of the Bauchi State University, Gadau (BASUG), that the management has released the schedule for the 2019/2020  academic session matriculation ceremony.

BASUG Matriculation Ceremony Schedule

Matriculating students are to note that the Matriculation Ceremony will come up on Monday 15th February 2021 at Gadau.
Venue: Football Field of the Main Campus, Gadau
Time: 9 am

Accordingly, a sum of N 1,000 (one thousand naira) is to be paid by each student for the use of academic gown at the point of collection.

  • Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Education are to collect their gowns at the University Central Store.
  • Faculty of Sciences, Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences and Faculty of Agricultural Sciences are to collect it at the Former Students Affairs Office.

Note: Students are directed to submit their academic gown back to the venue of the collection on or before 10 am on Tuesday 16th February 2021. Failure to do so will attract a fine of N5,000.
