Uthman, with a foundational background in accounting, holds a Professional Doctorate Degree in Commerce and Enterprise Development and a Master’s degree in Information Management, equipping him with high level of communication skills, leadership strategies, strong competencies in data management, CRM implementation and management, analytical reporting, and evidence-based decision-making that support effective organizational and enterprise development.
Professionally, he has held several positions in the international recruitment industry and now plays strategic roles in driving NWC Education in Africa.
He provides strategic leadership, governance, and accountability to ensure the agency operates legally, ethically, and profitably across international markets.
He Maintains senior-level relationships with the UK universities, colleges and pathway providers and then supervise overall agency operations without micromanaging to achieve desirable result.
Uthman is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Commerce Research and Enterprise Development (ICRED), Nigeria, and a member of the Africa Institutes for Waste Management and Environmental Studies (AIWMES).
His leadership and community engagement have earned him several distinctions, including Icon of Hope and Societal Development and Youth Ambassador awards at Ahmadu Bello University.
