UNILAG Admission Requirements for Russian Studies – UTME/Direct Entry

So many applicants are not even aware that UNILAG offers Russian as a course. Instead of over concentration to a single department why not consider giving Rusian a trial? More over it exposes you to a new language totally.

Russian  is one of the European courses offer by University of Lagos and admission is been offered though both direct entry and Jamb. In case you want to consider it, here is the admission requirement.

UNILAG’s admission requirements for Russian through Jamb or Direct Entry.

1) UTME:

UNILAG Russian Admission Requirements: Any candidate who is coming into the school through jamb must posses:

I. Five O/Level credit in English, Mathematics Literature-in-English any one subject from Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, and any other Arts or Social Science subject.

Jamb combination:

English, two Arts subjects from Igbo, Yoruba, Hausa, CRS/IRS and History plus any Arts or Social Science Subject.

2) DIRECT ENTRY: Any candidate that want to seek admission through direct entry to Russian department must have:

I. Very good pass in JUPEB subjects: Any three of French, Igbo, Yoruba, CRS, IRS, History, Government, Literature in English, Music and Fine Arts.

II. ‘A’ level passes in French and one other subject.

III. NCE with at least merit in French and one other subject
