The management of the Sokoto State University (SSU) has released the revised academic calendar for the completion of 2019/2020 academic session.
SSU Academic Calendar.
FIRST SEMESTER:
- 12th October 2020: Resumption and registration of final year students (1day)
- 19th October 2020: Resumption and registration for returning students (1day)
- 26th October 2020: Resumption and registration for fresh students (1day)
- 12th October 2020 to 21st November 2020: First semester lectures (6weeks)
- 23rd November 2020 to 12th December 2020: First-semester examination (3weeks)
- 14th December 2020 to 3rd January 2021: Marking, Moderation & Approval of results (3weeks)
SECOND SEMESTER:
- 4th January,2O21 to 27th March 2021: Second-semester lectures (12weeks)
- 29th March 2021 to 17th April 2021: Second-semester Examination (3weeks)
- 19th April 2021 to 1st May 2021: Marking, Moderation & Approval of results (2weeks)
- 19th April 2021 to 16th May 2021: End of semester break (4weeks)
- 17th May,2021: 2020/2021 Session Begins
