Since the scope of every profession e.g. banking, engineering, medicine, business etc., are increasing on daily basics, the computerization of their activities are now paramount.
Design and implementation application development meet today’s business need and demand, like responding to the market, exploiting opportunity and attending total good customer satisfactory, all depend on the timely, open and rapid flow of the right information in right time and at the right place are going to retain their position. The study is to serve enterprises and big organization with the view of shedding light on a better solution to transaction. For record keeping this will head to improvement and increase in the performance of the organisation’s operation.
As computers are great access to individuals, company’s and enterprises which lead to increase in their knowledge and interest, upgrading and development growth, so will design and implementation benefit all its users?
Given this division of labour, design and implementation application systems rely on networks to weld together disparate computers into a cohesive.
SCOPE AND LIMITATION OF THE PROJECT
The study takes a close look at the retrieval of data from the design / implementation, how record keeping is being with use of design application and many functions.
The limitations of the study include:
It is used only on a distributed system i.e. in a network of connected system, it can only be used in a detail with the configuration (hardware) and topology of design / implementation application.
It can be used only when the design and implementation application are installed with the database connected to the system registry, if not error connecting to database will be reported.
Due to lack of enough time and finances the study could be broaden.
ORGANIZATION OF THE REPORT
This study is divided into five (5) chapters, references and appendices which are also in four parts.
The first chapter contains the general introduction, while the second chapter deals with the literature review, which the main focus is the current state of the knowledge on the subject matter.
The third chapter deals with the analysis of the existing system and the fourth chapter is the design, implementation and document of the system.
The fifth chapter deals with the summary, conclusion and recommendation which are an end to the body to the study in report with the reference and appendices follows:
