INTRODUCTION

1.1 BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
A motive is something which impels a person to act or reason.
Motivation therefore, is the understanding of needs which prompt people to do things and providing way of helping them in satisfying its use. Motivation is an act of attempting to carry along one in total work by means applying incentives and other method which can spur subordinate for better performance. It is an inner device, which prompts people to behave in one way or the other motivation is what makes a person to do a particular thing, it is what makes him put energy and effort into what he does.
Motivation is into any job, if an individual is to give his best with assuming employees are given sample opportunity for good performance and the necessary skills then effectiveness depends on their motivation.
Arrange a balance of motivation influence that which encourage them to achieve the company’s objectives. In essence, this is best ensuring that the individual own goals on life are consistent with the aims of the firm.
For instance there are little point recruiting people who are highly motivated into a company, which offers security as its major satisfaction.
1.2 STATEMENT OF PROBLEM
The first step in solving a problem is by identifying the source or basis of issue involved in the problem. As defined by P.W Betties, a problem is an unaccepted deviation from a plan which has given objectives. This negative or adverse deviation is cause by unanticipated events, which his created by the unacceptable condition and will have to be created by management.
Motivation is a market organization which deserves a proper attention for effective market. Adequate solution of the questions, which may be asked to lead their problem could as follows:
Are there requirement of a good system motivation? Have the employees been correctly selected and placed in the job on the basis of management awareness by his work either, relevant behavior and traits potentials ability?
1.3 OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY
The research is primarily at finding and knowing the effect of motivation on product and efficiency of employees. Next is the focus on the problem of motivation mix that will enhance the product work.
To examine how manager get things done through the people and if he cannot motivate for him. A manager will be judged through the achievement of his people since humans are complex, he should be interested in motivation so as to manipulate them to get the goals achieve through positive results.
To explain him to balance people‘s interest and market and goals. A manager gets himself familiar with the workers needs and finds means of satisfying them by making use of motivation theory appropriate to his situation.
A manager should have share knowledge of motivation not to keep his subordinate on their job but also to uphold the going concern.
1.4 SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
The significance o the study is to know the role played by motivation in the following categories of operation.
MANAGER:- The manager is the one who gets thing done through others. The motivation technique will be useful in the area of production that is to say by being motivated worker will improve their level of product.
